Is your web site secure?
The site is secured with PayPal.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, we do not accept orders through the mail. Please be advised that your credit card may be charged prior to your order being shipped because PayPal will utilize real-time credit card processing.
What is the "card security code"?
If you're paying with Visa, MasterCard or Discover, you must provide us with the credit card security code in order to place your order. This is the last three digits in the signature area on the back of your card. For American Express, it's the four digits on the front of the card. We will not be able to process orders without this number.
There seems to be an issue with my credit card, what should I do?
In the case that your card is declined, please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the "Billing Information" field are entered exactly as the information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing credit card company. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card security code are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact the issuer of your credit card.
Will my information be kept confidential?
We do not sell or distribute any of your information to anyone. We will only use your phone number and/or e-mail address in case we need to contact you in regards to your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Orders will be immediately processed; therefore they cannot be changed once they are submitted. If an item is out of stock, you will have the option to cancel the order (please see below for more info).
What happens if the item(s) I purchase are out of stock?
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email and inform you of the anticipated date we expect to ship it by. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your order (via email) and we will issue a full refund. If you do not cancel the order via e-mail, it will be sent to you once it is completed.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Items will typically ship out within 14 business days after receipt of your order. Please be advised that due to high demand of this product, shipping may take a few additional days if the product you order is not in stock. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order was sent. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays.
What delivery methods will be used, and how long will it take?
We ship all orders via UPS Groundsaver or USPS Priority Mail. You can contact us to inquire about expedited delivery for an additional charge.
Continental US Orders: Ground service typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
How can I track the shipping of my order?
Tracking information is available through your order information page; this link is available in your order confirmation email.
Are orders available for pick up?
No; all orders will be shipped.
Returns
What are the return/exchange policies?
Any defective garments may be returned for exchange only. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. If the garment is found to be defective upon inspection, we will issue a credit up to $9.95 to cover the shipping cost. We cannot accept an item that has been worn or washed for exchanges. Please return the items in their original product packing to:

All returns will require a 1-2 week processing period once we receive the item(s). We are not responsible for items lost in transit, and we recommend that you ship your order back using a carrier that offers insurance and tracking.
