ART WORK SPECIFICATIONS

Our in house art department, of trained professionals will design custom artwork for you needs, or recreate your existing design.

CAMERA READY / SCANNABLE ART

Camera?Ready / Scannable Art is black and white and does not include pencil sketches, faxes, or copies.

WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF CAMERA READY / SCANNABLE ARTWORK: 1) Film Positives 2) Vellums 3) Laser Prints* 4) Camera Ready Stat Sheets*

When supplying Art-Flo with a hard copy of camera ready art please follow the following guideline! If the design is multicolored, include color separations with properly marked Pantone colors, and registration marks.

Provide the artwork actual size, the size that will be printed on the garment/product. Please ask for maximum size allowances before submitting artwork.

Laser prints, and stat sheets will be digitally scanned, an art charge may apply to the order.

COMPUTER GENERATED ARTWORK

ART-FLO artists work on Macintosh systems. The applications used are: Adobe Illustrator 8.0, and Adobe Photoshop 4.

We accept computer generated art via e?mail at artflol @aol.com. We also accept artwork on a variety media including zip, CD, or on a floppy disk. Please submit a printed composite of your art work. A proof of complicated, and or photographic images is an extremely important guide to accurately preview your image.

When submitting computer generated artwork, please follow the following guidelines:

Pixel based/ Photoshop Files should be submitted at full size with a resolution of at least 150 dpi Please avoid compression of your images. PSD or EPS file formats are preferred to JPEG or TIFF files.

Vector/ Illustrator Files should use spot colors instead of CMYK or RGB, and please specify Pantone numbers for the spot colors used. Please convert text to outlines, and remember to include linked in files.
