The only possible allowed exceptions would be an even exchange for items that are incorrectly processed (i.e. wrong size), or for obvious manufacturer defect, so long as the apparel items have not been used or abused by the consumer. The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. In the event of a claim involving product defect, a thorough garment inspection will be performed at our facility before an exchange authorization will be issued.
